MAINTENANCE: Wok must be cleaned after using once cooled down. If leave wok dirty, a black patina will be destroyed and wok will start rusting. Wash with hot water and soft sponge. Don’t use detergent. Always dry it with a paper towel or low heat. Rub a little oil with a paper towel before storage. Store in a dry place.

I AM SO A-WOK-EN TO HOW AMAZING THIS IS

It's really a wok... seasoned it outside in the backyard using good old fashion fire, charcoal, and stuff... seasoned probably 6-7 times.. it came out with this beautiful sheen coat...

never, ever wash this with soap. If you need to wash it, you can add water, boil it and wipe the excess off... When it is idling, make sure you wipe it with oil that can take +300C temp. Don't use olive oil!!

I bought two different woks on amazon and this one did NOT went back... i must say :P

I was even able to fry eggs and no sticky mess... the best part is that I don't feel guilty if the stove is at max heat... this wok is MEANT to be heated :P

The attached picture is after extensive use of this wok. The secret is to follow the instructions for pre-cleaning/seasoning, then continue to season after every use. Mine now has a nice silky patina forming on it. The heat distribution is extremely good on this wok as well. Clean up is a breeze - basically rinse and wipe then season.
