      I chose the slightly smaller wok size because of lesser weight and because I usually cook only for one or two. I followed your videos for seasoning. All works really well. I am a novice at wok cooking so I have much to learn....I am VERY HAPPY with choice. The wok is very high quality.....I like the absence of rivets on the inside cooking surface. The wooden handle is comfortable to hold.

      Quality product

      Followed the seasoning instructions included with the wok, and it worked really well. I seasoned it three times before first use. Nothing sticks, the handle is sturdy, and the smaller diameter wok I got is just right for me. I usually cook with canola or olive oil since peanut oil is harder to find.

      Heats up quickly and evenly

      Coating disappeared

      After the first month of use, the coating started coming off. We used the wok carefully and only cooked fish, without even using a spatula. Customer service, could you please let me know what might have caused this?
