- Soy sauce - 150 ml (5 fl oz)
- Wine vinegar 6% (from white wine) - 1 tablespoon
- Dried ginger - 1 teaspoon
- Dried garlic - 1 teaspoon
- Cane sugar - 8 cubes or 4 teaspoons
- Potato starch - 2 teaspoons
- Honey 1 tablespoon
- Water - 80 ml (2.7 fl oz)
